Drama with the Lakers last night. Lebron was out with a foot injury—voiding our parlay from yesterday. Coach Redick got into a heated interaction with Jarred Vanderbilt. And they lost! We’ve got more for you today. As always, our model has surfaced a few edges. First, let’s see how yesterday’s picks did.

Last Night’s Featured bets delivered with 1 hits and 2 misses.

Miles Bridges scored 13 points last night, falling short of our +15.5 line. Jalen Wilson managed only 1 rebound, meeting our under requirements.

Unfortunately, Norman Powell struggled with 33% shooting in a 14 point performance that led us to a losing record.

Yikes. How did your picks do?

Single-prop angles where our model shows higher probability than the odds reflect.

Franz Wagner averages 20 points per game with 47.9% shooting. As long as he’s getting his looks, it’s very plausible for him to clear 18 points.

Anthony Black is slightly less efficient than Wagner, and has been having some shooting trouble recently. If he can stay near his averages he should have an easy path to 13 points.

Then there is the Joker. As one of the most efficient and high-volume scorers in the league (he averages 28 points with 56.8% shooting) it’s easy to believe he can find his way to 26 points.

Today’s Parlays

Multiple edges combined into one value-driven parlay.

We’ve got a two legged parlay at +805.

We were drawn to this one because it has a lot in common with our Featured Picks. Basically, it asks a little less out of Wagner, and a little more out of Black. Black, by the way, is capable of rising to the challenge.

He’s been a bit slow lately—largely because he’s averaged 15% under his field goal percentage over the last five games. If he can clean things up a bit, he should have no trouble achieving a 16 point night.

That’s it for today
