Monday doesn't carry the same burdensome weight during the football season. Tonight marks the return of the Chiefs and the Broncos. The Chiefs blew a tire last year mid-season, ending the year without a post season appearance. Will the return of Patrick Mahomes help them get this season off to a strong start? We’ll see soon enough.
Today we've got more props and a good parlay to bring to your attention.
Before we get there, however, we're gonna take a look at how our first Sunday football props turned out.
Let's get into it, shall we?
Quick Bets Recap
Our first Sunday of NFL Quick Bets is in the books.

First up, we had an over 31 pass attempts line on Baker Mayfield. Mayfield came in just shy at 28, but did complete 82% of his passes.
We also had an over 34 completions for Joe Burrow. That was admittedly a somewhat unlikely outcome, and did not pan out. Burrow only attempted 35 passes in the game and completed 25 of them.
Finally, Daniel Jones. This one was a miss as well, though by a matter of inches. We needed 33 attempts and he gave us 31.
Today’s Featured Bets
These are single-prop angles where our model shows higher probability than the odds reflect.

First, we've got an under on Patrick Mahomes. We'll need 21 or fewer completions from the Chiefs quarterback.
Mahomes last played in November of 2025, so it's hard to say with any real confidence what can be expected of him tonight. That said, when he was healthy, Mahomes cleared 22 completions in three of his last five games.
We've also got an under on Bo Nix. We'll need 21 or fewer completions from the Broncos quarterback. During the 2025 season, Nix averaged 22.8 completions per game.
Finally, another on Mahomes, this time to get under 33.5 pass attempts. Again, the data's not fresh, folks, but this is a bit of a longer shot. Mahomes had over 33 attempts in four of his previous five games.
Today’s Parlays

Last but not least, we have a parlay sitting at plus 248 odds. First leg has Bo Nix at under 21.5 completions, and the second has Patrick Mahomes at under 21.5 completions.
As mentioned earlier, the Nix line, at least, is reasonably within statistical range. With Patrick Mahomes, it's a true toss-up.
Obviously, there's no questioning his capacity for greatness, but it's been a long time since he suited up, and there's no telling what can really be expected from him tonight.
