The Knicks took the Cavs. The game went into overtime, where Jalen Brunson helped tip things in New York’s favor. Not only did he score 38 points for the evening, but 17 of them came in the last twelve minutes of the game, when the stakes were at their highest.

We’ve got some more exciting playoff activity to look at today. First, let’s see how yesterday’s picks went.

Last Night’s Featured bets delivered with 1 hit and 2 misses.

Yesterday’s game didn’t do much for Dennis Schroder’s stat lines. He scored only 3 points in 18 minutes, and did not collect a single rebound.

Dean Wade did pull through for us. He scored 10 points off 60% shooting.

Unfortunately, James Harden’s efficiency lagged a little. He had his looks, but shot 31% from the field on his way to a 15 point game.

Honestly? We didn’t want to go one and two, but the picks themselves were very reasonable. Dennis Schroder and James Harden were just slightly off. It happens.

Single-prop angles where our model shows higher probability than the odds reflect.

Alex Caruso has been at almost 10 points exactly for the post-season. He did have a huge, 31 point game against the Thunder on Monday. Outside of that, he’s not been in double digits since April.

Obviously, he can clear 10 points. He just usually does not. He did have an unusually low, 2 rebound game on Monday, playing very limited minutes. Outside of that, he’s gotten at least 5 rebounds in every game since 4/25.

Isaiah Hartenstein has been averaging 8 rebounds in the post-season, but 11 against the Spurs.

Last, we’ve got Cason Wallace. Wallace has been shooting 47% from the field during the playoffs. He’s cleared 7 points in three of his last five games. With his efficiency, he really just needs enough opportunity to clear the over.

Today’s Parlays

Multiple edges combined into one value-driven parlay.

We’ve got a six legged parlay at +5181 odds. Here’s what we are dealing with:

  • Keldon Johnson-Over 9.5 Total Points

  • De'Aaron Fox-Over 15.5 Total Points

  • Cason Wallace-Over 7.5 Total Points

  • Isaiah Hartenstein-Over 5.5 Total Rebounds

  • Isaiah Hartenstein-Over 5.5 Total Points

  • Victor Wembanyama-Under 13.5 Total Rebounds

Keldon Jonson has been averaging 8 points off 43% shooting. He’s cleared 10 points in three of his last five games.

De’Aaron Fox was ruled out for last night’s game due to injury. He has been averaging 19 points in the post-season, and 17 against the Thunder in particular. That said, it’s never easy to anticipate how someone will play coming off of injury.

As mentioned earlier, Cason Wallace can clear 8 points on the strength of extremely consistent shooting. He just needs enough opportunity.

And we’ve got two on Isaiah Hartenstein. We mentioned already how consistently he clears 6 rebounds. He also averages 9 points off 74% shooting. He’s cleared 6 points in three out of five recent games.

Finally, Victor Wembanyama. He averages 12 rebounds per game but has been known to find considerably more. He grabbed a ridiculous 24 rebounds on Monday.

Cody Williams averages 8 PPG so the 13.5 line is above his typical scoring range. Shot Volume should hold the under.
