It’s Monday! There was lots of exciting playoff action over the weekend, and no sign of things slowing down soon. Round 2 of the NBA playoffs start today.
We’ll take a look at a few props momentarily. First, let’s see how yesterday’s picks did.
Featured Bets Recap
Last Night’s Featured bets delivered with 1 hit and 2 misses.

Dennis Schroder played an unremarkable 14 minutes. During that time, he scored just 2 points, shooting 15% from the field. That’s no way to clear an over.
James Harden had a respectable 18 point performance. Still not enough for us, though it did help Cleveland to a much needed win. He shot 30% from the field. It’s certainly not a miserable performance, though a little more efficiency would have gone a long way for us.
Our only hit came from Max Strus. He scored 12 points off 40% shooting. While we always prefer a winning record, the picks were all well-reasoned. It wouldn’t have taken much at all for some very different outcomes.
Today’s Featured Bets
Single-prop angles where our model shows higher probability than the odds reflect.

Keldon Johnson has been averaging 15 points over his last ten games, shooting 45% from the field. That number skews high do to some big games toward the end of the regular season. He averaged closer to 6 points during the first round of the playoffs.
Johnson can definitely put up 9 points. Whether or not he will depends on what role he is playing in the Spurs offensive strategy, and how well his shooting holds up.
Luke Kornet averaged 7 rebounds during the first leg of the playoffs, and only had one game under 5. That’s a good sign where this prop is concerned.
And Mikal Bridges is averaging 10 points exactly over the post-season. He’s doing it by shooting 54% from the field, which is cause for confidence. If he can keep the hot hand going, that will help this prop along nicely.
Today’s Parlays
Multiple edges combined into one value-driven parlay.

We’ve got a three legged parlay at +612.
VJ Edgecombe is having a great post-season. He’s averaging 15 points per game in the playoffs thanks in large part to 44% shooting. His efficiency has been a little inconsistent night to night, going as high as 60% in a 30 point performance last week, and as low as 22%. He scored just 6 points in that game.
Edgecombe can absolutely clear the over with decent shooting.
There’s a similar story to be told about the next leg of this parlay. Quentin Grimes has averaged 7 points per game exactly over the post-season. When his shooting holds up, he often coasts into double digits. We just need a typical night from him to clear this over.
Finally, OG Anunoby is averaging 9 rebounds per game this post-season. He’s been at 7 or more in his last six games.
That’s it for today
