The Spurs took the Thunder in Game One. It took two rounds of overtime and a 41 point game from Victor Wembanyama to get the job done, but they did it.

We’ve got more action to cover today. First, let’s take a look at how yesterday’s picks did.

Luguentz Dort didn’t quite make it. We needed 6 points. He scored 5. His field goal percentage was a little low at 33%, but he played pretty close to his stat line.

Finally, Jalen Williams had a big night. He scored 26 points and collected 7 rebounds in the process. It wasn’t enough to get the Thunder a win, but it suited our over just fine.

Dean Wade, meanwhile, has been at 5 points per game during the playoffs, but has scored 9 off New York throughout the season. He’s shooting 47% from the field, but has only cleared 4 points once in the last five games.

His playtime is steady. He just hasn’t gotten many looks lately.

Finally, we’ve one on James Harden. He was at 24 points per game during the regular season but has cooled slightly to just under 20 points during the playoffs. He’s cleared 20 points in three of his last five games, shooting 43% from the field.

Multiple edges combined into one value-driven parlay.

We’ve got a seven legged parlay at +9195.

Here’s what we are dealing with:

Miles McBride has been averaging 2 rebounds per game in the post-season, but has only cleared this line once in his last five games.

As mentioned earlier, Dean Wade has been at 5 points per game on average throughout the post-season, but has historically managed to score 9 off New York.

Sam Merrill, meanwhile, has been at 8 points and 1 rebound during the post-season. He can manage 3 rebounds, but hasn’t since 5/3.

Dennis Schroder has been shooting 40% from the field on his way to a 6 point scoring average in the post season. He’s at 2 rebounds in the playoffs.

He can clear both lines, but it would be nice to see him on the floor a little bit more. He was playing nearly 25 minutes during the regular season, but is closer to 15 at this stage of the playoffs.

Last, we need 6 points out of Jordan Clarkson. He’s averaging 7 from the post-season off 50% shooting. If he gets enough looks, he should have a good chance of clearing the over.

Basically, this is your typical big parlay. Most of the lines are pretty appealing individually. It’s when you stack them all up that the volatility factor starts to catch up with you.
