What a Sunday of NFL football!

The Eagles somehow found a way to lose with just 11 seconds left. All they had to do was keep Jacksonville from getting into field goal range. Instead, they allowed a huge kickoff return, and Cam Little kicked the game-winner. That’s three straight losses for Philly.

Also in the NFC East, which is quickly becoming a parody of itself this season, the Commanders apparently forgot they were in field goal range in overtime. They ran down the clock instead of attempting a game-winning kick and somehow managed to… tie the game??

Out west, the 49ers and Seahawks spent most of the afternoon seeing who could turn the ball over more. In the end, it came down to a Cooper Kupp first down that the refs somehow convinced us wasn’t a first down. San Francisco escaped Seattle with the win and moved to 5-0.

And to close the day, Tyler Huntley led the Ravens to an overtime win without Lamar Jackson. Derrick Henry ran all over the Falcons defense, and Tua Tagovailoa showed up right on time with the game-winning turnover. Or should we say game-losing?

Tonight, the Rams host the Bills on Monday Night Football, and we’ve got some picks lined up for the game. But let’s see how yesterday’s did.

Sam Darnold under 20.5 completions was our first winner. He finished with 18 completions on 29 attempts for 195 yards in the turnover fest.

Jayden Daniels under 29.5 passing attempts also hit, despite the Giants and Commanders going into overtime. Daniels completed 17 of 25 passes for 199 yards, adding 103 rushing yards as Washington ran out the clock for a tie.

Our only miss was Jameis Winston under 30.5 passing attempts. With the Giants chasing points and the game going into overtime, Winston ended up throwing 54 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns.

A solid Sunday for our Featured Bets. Let’s keep it going tonight!

These are single-prop angles where our model shows higher probability than the odds reflect.

We’re going with three passing unders tonight, which is always a little nerve-racking when you’ve got Josh Allen and Matthew Stafford on the field. Both can put up big numbers in a hurry, but our model expects a quieter night through the air for both.

Matthew Stafford under 23.5 completions is our first pick.

Stafford hasn’t had the best start to the season, throwing six interceptions in four games. He completed 32 of 51 passes against the Eagles, as well as a pick 6. We’re betting that Buffalo can keep him from having another high-volume passing night.

Josh Allen under 20.5 completions is next. Allen has averaged just under 20 completions per game this season. He completed 23 passes in the Patriots loss, but our model expects fewer against the Rams tonight.

We’re also taking Allen under 32.5 passing attempts. He’s averaging fewer than 30 attempts per game, and with his ability to make plays on the ground, Buffalo doesn’t always need him throwing the ball that much.

Let’s see how these three play out tonight.
