Happy Thursday!

The Knicks strike first in the NBA Finals.

San Antonio looked in control for much of the night, but they ran out of gas in the fourth quarter as New York closed strong to take a 1-0 lead on the road.

Jalen Brunson struggled early but came alive when it mattered most, finishing with 30 points and taking over in the fourth quarter. Victor Wembanyama, meanwhile, had a rough night offensively, shooting just 26.7% from the field, though he still made his presence felt defensively around the rim.

Perhaps the rest advantage New York carried into the series showed up in the fourth quarter.

Game 2 tips off Friday night.

But first, let’s see how our picks did in Game 1.

Last Night’s Featured bets delivered with 2 hits and 1 miss.

Landry Shamet delivered for us. He shot 55.6% from the field and 50% from three-point range on his way to 13 points, comfortably clearing his 6.5-point line and continuing his strong postseason form.

The only miss was Miles McBride rebounds. We needed 2 and got 1. While the result didn't go our way, the process was still sound. He had averaged 1.5 rebounds over his last 10 games, and with the long rebounds the Knicks typically generate, another board easily could have fallen his way.

Dylan Harper closed out the night with another winner. The rookie shot 60% from the field and finished with 16 points, comfortably clearing his 10.5-point line while continuing the strong form he showed throughout the Western Conference Finals.

A 2-1 night overall and a profitable start to the Finals.

Finding Value Through Boosted Props

No games today, so we’re taking a look at one of the most useful tools on Propsguru: Boosted Props.

Not every opportunity comes from predicting what will happen next. Sometimes it comes from understanding what has already changed.

Our Boosted Props page highlights bets where the odds have moved in your favor, creating potentially better value than what was previously available. These boosts aren’t random. They’re driven by meaningful market movement and help identify spots where the potential payout has improved.

The key is understanding that a boost doesn’t guarantee a winner. Instead, it gives you more context around price movement and helps you compare today’s odds to where the market started.

If you’ve ever wondered how boosts work, what causes them, and how to use them as part of a smarter betting strategy, you can read the full breakdown on the Propsguru website.
